Had a great time tonight. Took loads of pix that I will post tomorrow! Also, if anyone happens to know the guy who Al had sing Yoda into the mic, I have a couple of pics he would want.

But first: :z

I don't really consider Dunkin Donuts a fresh donut.

Anyway another good show. I do hope he comes around here again, because I do like this setlist a lot and with the new LED and videos, it feels like a brand new concert. Otherwise I might have to sneak out for one of the west coast dates.

Didn't notice the WBUL flub, but did notice the keytar wasn't working during MFN/BH*. It did get fixed in time for IWAND, which was good because it's a little more important during that song. Also the keyboard never got removed after "Eat It" so it stayed on through AP, and Al picked it up and took it backstage himself at the end of the song. Then the stage manager came out and was like, hey, where did the keyboard go? No Al at the buses, though Steve was out for a couple minutes pretending he was in jail, and Jon made a quick cameo if you knew where to look.

We hit a highway diner on the way home as none of us had eaten since lunch and came up with a great new reality TV show idea to go along with our sitcom. Trying to find a way to get Al on it without ruining the big surprise twist ending. Also did a little brainstorming on a new app, so our little brainstorming group is branching out.

Enjoy! I was glad to finally hit a venue that had a generous photography policy. :ttr:

Oh hey! Awesome, didn't realize you were a member here. (edit: I see you just joined today... welcome aboard!) I'll definitely email them to you! They're also in the set that I put at the link above. Here's one of them:

Will email you in a bit. :Y

I think we can now officially brand ourselves as a think-tank.

Awesome as always, Adrian--my favorite is the one where Al is jumping at the start of Yoda--nice catch!! I never get photos of that boneless boy dance thing he does in You Make Me, either--my camera isn't quite up to that much moving around in those lighting conditions, so I was happy to see those!

I am also glad that, even though we were like 2 seats apart, we didn't shoot the exact same photos (mostly!)

Anywhere--here are mine:

Thanks, Jackie! I've been trying to get that mid-air Yoda pic forever--I was glad this one came out so well. :ttr:

Just finished going through yours--also awesome as always! I especially found myself thinking "that's how I wanted mine to turn out" when I was looking at your CNR pix.

Our sets did come out even more different than usual, you're right--and yeah, that's a good thing! :Y Our seats were actually great for shooting--the only problems I had were the damn mic stand, and one guy's head that kept me from getting much of anything good of Steve or Ruben.

Adrian, can I ask what camera and lenses you were using, those pics are amazing.

I'm just getting into photography as a hobby, and really love it. I currently have a Canon Rebel XS with the kit 18-55mm, a 55-250mm, and the 50 mm f/1.8. I don't think my setup could take clear shots like that in that sort of setting. I have a Nikon Coolpix compact that takes very crappy pics but was the only thing allowed in the venue where we saw Al, and my pics are blurry horrid messes.

Thanks!

I generally don't share my Facebook photos, but I don't feel like uploading these multiple places, so here are my pics. Some good stuff, but I'm not much of a photographer
