haha, yes, WAYFan, that's it! I think Megan originally posted that over at the Stupid Club, but, yeah. Louise, I like the instruction to "lift the heavy thing", too. It is somewhat specified the first time it is mentioned.

Another One Rides the Bus: Lift a heavy thing-a book , bowling ball, the cat, whatever-in time with the beat.

I really do wanna try this again sometime. I'd have to do it when hubby's not home. You know why. <_<

hehe, on my copy that I printed up back when this was posted in the Stupid Club, the instructions for SLN are a little different:

Dance like Al in the beginning, then dance like the spawn in the background. The spawn are the ones with the big red puffy balls of fluff, but you can substitute anything: pillows, free weights, the cat, have fun!
