IMO, that's a ridiculously low price. Even with mega-volunteer hours, how can you expect an all-day, live event using actual meeting space to come in for less than the cost of a movie ticket? Twice or three times that would be more like it, for adults at least. The very successful Gallifrey One convention (Doctor Who) in Los Angeles, which DOES use mega-volunteer hours, runs 3 days and currently costs between $55 and $70, depending on how far in advance you buy your membership.ac27 @ October 23, 2008 06:19 pm wrote:
