Yeah...SWK's been around forever. On a side note, when I was younger I was an obsessed SW collector, and I have the issue of the SW Insider with that odd, rambling piece on Al that can't figure out whether it's about Al or comedy music with SW refs and also can't figure out if there's an H in his last name...this reminds me strongly of it, but this time, I didn't see it and think, "Hey! That's the C@GZ guy!"

Dave? Hello Dave? Is Dave there? There's a block in your t'ilet.

Fun read! Thanks!
I can't picture that character, so I'll have to check that Frank out
That's funny! I took a picture of life-size Yoda that caught my eye in a Vegas gift shop a few years ago. Might be the same thing.
I knew because a guy at work saw the WAN video and recognized him right away (the guy at work also collects action figures, but I don't think they're star wars related)
"One year for Halloween, I dressed up like Frank -- the guy that would restock the vending machines on the Death Star before it blew up," Yankovic says. "Coincidentally, Frank looks amazingly similar to the way I normally do in real life.

I have the same life-size Yoda... I remember asking him about that after seeing it in the video because I suspected they were the same!

Until this article, I didn't even know about the Star Wars lightsaber kid.

When I read that in the article I actually had to go and watch the W&N video because I couldn't remember the referance
A life-sized Yoda under my desk would scare me, I would be at it's eye level when I'm lying in bed. I can imagine being semi-conscious and being scared to death by it

The tsunami of immediacy will wash away the flood of grief, and reveal a layer of naive optimism underneath

When I first got mine (this was a while ago... about 8 or 9 years now) it scared my little sister enough that I came home one time and found a sheet placed over his head.Mystik Tomato @ Oct 29 2006, 07:34 AM wrote: "Watching you while you sleep, I am..."

I know there's a life sized Yoda at one of the comic shops here, but yeah...too expensive.
I had heard of the Star Wars kid before, but I never saw the video for it or anything.
