Lyrics to "Take Me to the Liver."

And it wasn't a concert-only song. He also performed it with the food medley on the Dr. Demento Show. ;)

EDIT: Patti, I added yours to the list, along with donuts and mud-wrestling.

Of course, Al to reference many nerdy things, the big ones such as Star Wars and Star Trek. Star Trek hasn't been reference off the top of my head since Trapped in a Closet with Vanna White.

What about Mayonaise?

He mentions it in both WAN and WSD. But what I think is funny is that vegans don't eat mayo- it has eggs in it.

Check out Dave Rossi's site, I believe there is already a compilation list like the one you're talking about making.

It almost doesn't warrant mentioning, but since you're compiling a list...

There was a Star Trek reference in "Gee, I'm a Nerd." Also, in "Genius in France."

Well, I've checked that one out, and besides not being up to date, I've found several inaccuracies in the lists.

Plus, that list includes every single food item ever mentioned in an Al song (why?). This thread is about common things that Al has a habit of referencing multiple times through his work.

I noticed that he used the word "and" a lot in SOL.

Well, ok, I guess you're right. I never got to hear it live, though. Wah!

Thanks for adding my items to the list.

Ryan, quit being such a smart-a$$. :P
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!
