For somebody as talented as Al, I think it is hard to come up with parodies that are less entertaining than the originals. The only one I feel fits into this category is "Girls Just Want to Have Lunch", and he was practically forced to write that one.
I've never thought that was one of his better works myself. What do you mean when you say he was practically forced to write it? I'd never heard that before.
Favorite "Ask Al" response of mine:
