The Arsenio Hall Show?? Okay now they're getting ridiculous. Next thing you know VH1 will be doing a show on tattoos or something. Sheesh.

Vh1 is starting to get a litte ridiculous with greatest moments shows and the like. The Arsenio show show was especially bad, yet I was compelled to watch it. The best part was at he end when they had everyone one doing the "Woof wof woof", Al's was very funy, though he already demonstrated that he could do it many years ago.

Yeah, tell me about it. Is it possible that they have completely exhausted every possible music-related "100 Greatest..." idea?

I mean, never mind the fact that this "Moments That Rocked TV" thing was just a thinly veiled commercial for the TV Guide Channel, but some of these last few specials were just....I don't know what the right word would be....pointless?

No offense to Arsenio, since I watched the show from time to time, but c'mon....did this special really need to be an hour?

The sad fact is that VH1 is apparently running out of ideas rather quickly, and unless they hit upon another groundbreaking concept (a "Pop Up Video," a "Behind the Music," what have you), then it won't be long before we see "Inside: Square Pegs."

We should compile a "27 Al Moments That Mocked TV" list just to wash the taste of VH1 specials out of our mouths.

I was telling a guy at work today about Al's tour this summer, and he said, "I saw a guy on MTV that had Weird Al tattooed on himself."

Is there anything you forgot to remind us about, Dave?

No reason atall. It would make a lot more sense if he got a tattoo of, oh, someone else.
