I would so love to go... I have an offer of accommodation in Bakersfield, but its all a lot more complicated than that. Taking off to the other side of the planet for a concert, days before daughter goes back to school, isn't going to work, is it?

Plus I can't really afford it, plus my host isn't even living in Bakersfield yet lol!

Are any of you guys having trouble bringing up the website (www.avfair.com)?

I really REALLY want to go to this show. I'm in Australia for the next several months (getting married!

) and I'm going to be missing 99% of this tour. In fact, it looks like the ONLY show I'll be able to make is this one. And once my tiny trip back in California is over, I'll be moving to Australia permanently, so I don't know WHEN I'll get to see Al again.

But of course since I'm not able to access this website I don't know when or where to buy tickets or any of that important info. Can anybody help me out? O-)

First, congratulations!

I was able to access it. Al's not mentioned anywhere yet that I saw, but there was a PDF documenting general ticket procedures. In summary, wristbands will be distributed on June 27 -- line up no earlier than 7:00 a.m., drawing at 12:30 p.m. Ticket office opens at 8:00 a.m. on June 28 -- line up no earlier than 7:00 a.m. Phone orders will be accepted after 12:00 p.m. Website orders will be filled by 2:00 p.m. the following day. It also says tickets may be purchased at ticketmaster.com after 12:00 noon.

I'm guessing if you're in Australia, you'll do the phone or online order thing.

Thanks, Dave! For the congrats and the information.

I wonder why I can't access the website? B) I'll have to have my mom order the tickets for me I guess.

So let me make sure I've got this right:

Noon on the 28th by phone
2pm on the 29th by website
Noon on the 28th (or the 29th? sorry I'm not clear on that) by Ticketmaster

Is that correct? Sorry for pestering, wish I could figure it out myself

I decided I'm going to this show!! I'm probably going to stay the night at my Godparents' house, which is not quite an hour from the venue. I wanted to go to the last show of the leg last summer (in LA), but couldn't. This time, I'm not missing it!
