I can play his music with my kids in the car.

(I did a search didn't come up with anything - hoping to avoid the following comment "This should have been posted in ------ thread/forum/some other message board."
<--That's Al going up the escalator.

Now tell me who's this Paul

What I like best is his accessibilty. He reads our comments online or in letters, he remembers our names if he's met us, he treats us well and often knows what we want.

oh yeah, and that funny songs thing ;)
This means something. This is important.

Adding to what weird_el said, I like that he genuinely appreciates his fans and he does everything he can to entertain and interact with them. Very few celebrities do that now; most of them actually seem to avoid having anything to do with the fans. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him and/or the band yet but I'm hoping that he'll do a meet and greet at one his concert appearences around here.

What I like best about Al is that his witty humor always makes me smile.

Gosh, I can't think of much else to say other than what'a been said already. I will say that when you talk to him, you know that he is listening to what you have to say, and seems genuinely interested. I'll also say he is compassionate. I had mentioned to him at AlCon III that his music was helping me cope with my daughter's passing, and he said he was sorry to hear about that. That meant a lot to me.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

He's a great relief from all the "serious" music I listen to otherwise.

He's the reason I got into Dementia music, and the reason I'm in a comedy band!

The best thing about Al is how his left eyeball is almost perfectly symmetrical.
