The Wendy Williams Experience (show On Vh1)

I was watching VH1 last night, and a VH1 News segment came up and talked about the new show "The Wendy Williams Experience". All of a sudden a small clip of Wendy interviewing Al came up. I was like

"OH MY GOD IT'S AL!!"

. She asked him about doing serious music, and he gave the normal response of that there are already a too many people out there doing serious music, etc. It surprised me not only because it was an unexpected Al appearance, but mainly because she usually interviews African American people. I guess it shows that Al really does appeal to everyone, 'cause everyone likes to laugh. Anyways, the first episode is scheduled to premiere on VH1 on the 20th at 11:30 EST, 8:30 PST. I don't know what episode Al will be featured on, or if he will be in the main series at all (maybe they just used the clip for the promo

), but it was so nice to see Al on TV again, especially since I didn't know he would be!

Well, it looks like Al isn't on this week's episode. Just went over to vh1.com, and the guests are Ice T, Lionel Ritchie, and Farnsworth Bentley(?). They don't give any info on future episodes, so I guess we'll have to wait.

I did see that, btw! That was pretty cool. I'm sure they'll show it again. It's a good promo for the show.

aarg...i was surfing the channels and didnt wind up on Vh1 last night, before i read this topic. darn it!
