psst, crazygurl, it was split pea soup in the Fatman cartoon, and then there was the even more disgusting sounding split pea fudge, which scared the rats away.
Yes, Al likes to put interesting words/items into songs and tv shows, and with the new Pancreas song, you do learn something, too!

Yes, there are, Grom.
I pointed out in my original album review that the "midget" - "Bridget" ryhme that Al uses in "Confessions Part III" was used in "Trapped in the Closet." Don't know if it was an intentional reference, but it could have been.
Also, I noticed a number of references to cats on the album. Two in ISY. One in C-P3. And of course the video for CBNC.
Then of couse, Al did a style parody of "We Are the World" and also parodied American Idol's style parody of "We Are the World" on the same album!

And also the "Gold Digger" and "big, fat, slobberin' pig" lines were very obvious references to K. Fed and Britney Spears.

I was thinking the same thing.
