Bad Interviewers

Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

In the past couple of days i was reading the interveiws topics and i was seeing the bad interviews where the person interviewing was a total jerk. That got me thinking, that could be another reason why he takes so long in between interviews. He dreads the idiotic interviews so along with his other family related reasons it just adds to the wait. Just a thought

It's like how many times can he get asked, do you ever plan on recording original songs?

He always has great responses.

I dunno. Al obviously is fully able to recognize (and not enjoy) a bad interviewer, but I think the long time between interviews has to do with the long time between projects. Al's a pro, and when the album is released, he'll be cranking out interview after interview, repeating the same old boilerplate with unfailing courtesy, unless he lucks out and gets an interviewer who is a real fan and/or asks some interesting questions. Those are the interviews I watch for.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

I have read some really crappy Al interviews, but some have been really great, sometimes even the bad ones make me laugh, some of Al's responses are gold. It's the mean interviews I don't like, like that Tweak interveiw titled "Weird Al is creepy"

TFN: What did you think of the "Attack Of The Clones" title?

Al: Is that the name of the new Backstreet Boys album? I think it's very appropriate.
The tsunami of immediacy will wash away the flood of grief, and reveal a layer of naive optimism underneath
