Although Couch Potato was forbidden to be released as a video and not forbidden as a song , I can recall that AL wanted to sing Mud on my Tyre ( Mull of Kintyre by Paul McCartney ) but Paul said NO

Are their other songs AL wanted to do , but was not allowed to use ??
Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first.

Um, I didn't know about that one. I only know about Paul refusing to let Al do "Chicken Pot Pie" *parody of "Live and Let Die"*. So Al just made it a concert only song. *Of course, I've seen a few other song titles that I didn't know of, so your story might be true*.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Prince is notorious for not letting Al parody his songs, but Al is constantly getting even by taking every opportunity to poke fun at Prince's persona.

I believe a list of these jabs exists somewhere on the Forum.
This means something. This is important.

And then there was the whole big Coolio miscommunication..... those are the famous obnoxious people who we dislike for their severe lack of a sense of humor. There are some lesser known ones.

The Offspring didn't let Al do "Laundry Day" because they said it was too silly...

Al couldn't get permission from the Dr. Seuss organization thing to do "Green Eggs and Ham"

Uh...that's all I can think of right now.

Does anyone know why "Free Delivery" was rejected??

It might have been something to do with the fact that it was a movie theme tune and all different copyrights were involved and stuff..... I dunno.

I think that's why he couldn't do "Free Delivery." "Chicken Pot Pie" was because Paul didn't want Al to do a song about meat.
I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!

REM approved "Theme from Home Improvement", but the "Friends" people didn't. I don't really remember why.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I guess with what al does it's hard to alway get permission to release certain songs. Though it wasnt knocked back we all know about the conflict between Coolio and Als managers for Amish Paradise.

I dont know why hed want to knock back that song.
