I don't know about Chamillionaire. He doesn't really seem excitable or eccentric enough to make for a really good Al interview. I'll go with Green Day and R. Kelly, that fits the two categories. (If it does indeed end up being someone from the album.)

Do we know if the whole "Having to get permission" for the interviews thing is still in play? Because I don't doubt that that could've been lifted now that Al's a success again. (Like there was any doubt)
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

It is maybe possible that he does James Blunt.

Maybe he'll interview someone from Atlantic Records.

:P
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

I'd love to see another one of the music video commentary things Al has done in the past, but I doubt he'll do one because he doesn't have much time [I'm thinking only an hour]
The tsunami of immediacy will wash away the flood of grief, and reveal a layer of naive optimism underneath

Well, I think with the new MySpace entry today, we can assume that the "permission" thing isn't in effect now. Also, with the "harsh" statement, I think it will be interesting to see who he tears apart. I could see someone from Atlantic Records. Although, would many get that joke? It'll be interesting to see.

I'm betting on someone pretty big who people really WANT to see ripped up. Maybe Paris Hilton? OJ Simpson? K Fed? Gary Coleman?

Whoever it is, I can't wait! The mock interviews are Al at his best! They are the only thing Al has ever done multiple times (including songs, videos, live performances) that have NEVER EVER disappointed me.

So, if I've done my math correctly, showing all 8 music videos, plus Polkarama would take around a half hour. That would leave something like 15 minutes for interviews if you take time out for commercials? And it'll probably be more, since it doesn't seem likely that he'll show every single video off SOL.
