I wouldn't really consider TV show appearances that are strictly for promotional purposes (talk show interviews come to mind, for example) and therefore unlikely to ever make it on a commercial release, to be "bootlegs." If it's just trading TV appearances among friends, not for profit, one person helping out another type thing, we generally allow that, though prefer you work it out through PM as much as possible.
For example, since this question was posted in the "Al TV" topic, I assume your asking for (or offering) a copy of the show, and we've allowed stuff like that before.
Concert recording, copies of albums, songs, dvds, rarities, mp3s, any released or copyrighted material, etc. are off limits on the forum.
