i don't have vh1 here, so thank you very much weirdojace for that. i had not problem with the download. it was great, but too short, could have been 2 hours longer...

Jace, how do I get your AL-TV file onto my iTunes/iPod? I know I have to use a program to upload it, but I'm not sure what program I should use.
