I think he won't do any Eminem spoofs because he might feel that some people may get the incentive to actually listen to the bullcrap that Eminem sings.
OK, this is a lil o/t sorry. Although I respect your opinion...I would have to say that some people really do like Eminem. Some can relate. (like me...kinda) Yeah, some of his songs are...*word?*...inapropriate or whatever, but he expresses himself.
And about Al doing a parody of him, maybe you won't have to worry about it and Marshel'll say no. Well...that's my two cents...

Even though Bermuda said don't expect it, it would be great if Al did a bluregrass/roots music original a la "O Brother Where art Thou?"...
That would totally polka!
(Cleanin' Out My Closet) There are parody possibilities just with the title, but I just don't see it a parody just because of the subject matter and the little problem of getting permission to do it. But I have wondered if it would show up in a polka medley.
I have also been wondering if The Osbournes won't be parodied, perhaps in a video or ALTV Special - The Yankovics. Al stumbling around his house running into walls. Suzanne being bleeped every other word. The guys in the band are the spoiled kids... Could be fun.
Then again, Al says that we shouldn't try this at home. It may be best to leave the parody ideas to the trained profession-ALs! :lookround:

Al sure could do an O Brother Where Art Thou? parody. It wouldnt be the first time 2 comedians did parodies of the same song, it happens quite often. And besides, though I love Cledus, I just didn't find the song very good, probably because he changed the arrangement to a more modern sound, which kinda ruined the sound. And why is it that I never hear Cledus on Dr. D? I find it very weird....
