24 videos? I guess we get Bob... unless we don't.

Okay, that sounded really dumb as I reread it.
No. There were 22 vids on the first DVD collection + IAATP and TSB = 24 videos.

Bob will only be on there if it's a special feature. I hope it is on there. He did release the two educational videos from ALTV2K on the Live DVD, so there's hope.

I agree with sarley that the delayed US release is a good SIGN for us in the USA. That means he'll have more time to add more features. Imagine the possibilities...
Unless I'm mistaken there's 23 music videos and Bob would be the 24th videos. Wouldn't it? I mean look at what the Mothership says
THE MUSIC VIDEOS:
RICKY (1983)
I LOVE ROCKY ROAD (1983)
EAT IT (1984)
I LOST ON JEOPARDY (1984)
THIS IS THE LIFE (1984)
LIKE A SURGEON (1985)
ONE MORE MINUTE (1985)
DARE TO BE STUPID (1985)
LIVING WITH A HERNIA (1986)
CHRISTMAS AT GROUND ZERO (1986)
FAT (1988)
BEVERLY HILLBILLIES / MONEY FOR NOTHING (1989)
UHF (1989)
SMELLS LIKE NIRVANA (1992)
YOU DON'T LOVE ME ANYMORE (1992)
JURASSIC PARK (1993)
BEDROCK ANTHEM (1993)
HEADLINE NEWS (1994)
AMISH PARADISE (1996)
GUMP (1996)
SPY HARD (1996)
THE SAGA BEGINS (1999)
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PENTIUMS (1999)

I count 23 videos.

Wow! I have the DVD of "Weird Al Yankovic: The Videos"! On an even more disturbing note, I WATCHED it today. Randomly. Out of the Blue.

I also mentioned earlier today that Al should update his webpage (Ask Al) during the 3 day break between OH and AZ.

And then comes this:

SEPTEMBER 2, 2003
Randy of Albuquerque, NM asks: I have been trying to find the DVD called “‘Weird Al’ Yankovic: The Videos” and I understand it is out of print. Will it be available in the future?

The bad news is, yes, that particular item has in fact gone out of print and will most likely remain in that condition for the rest of eternity. The good news is, we’re currently putting the finishing touches on a brand-spanking-new and completely up-to-date DVD called “The Ultimate Collection.” It will have 24 of my music videos, plus a photo gallery, on-screen lyrics and 5.1 surround sound. And we’ve even “cleaned up” some of the older videos a little bit – they look great. Anyway, we’re trying to rush-release this for a September 22 street date in Australia. The North American release will most likely be sometime in November.

Um, I'm really weirded out right now. In a good way. I think I mentally connected with the man a little today...:inlove:

Either that, or I'm being obnoxiously Dorky!

Now I have to buy ANOTHER DVD?!?! But Al, I don't even have "WAY-LIVE!" either yet! Or 6 more of your CDS! Santa will be going  this season when he gets MY list...

ttyl all!

Oh, you're right. I just looked at my chapter index on The Videos DVD. There are 22 chapters, but I didn't notice that the first chapter is "Program Start." So you're right. There are 23 videos + Bob makes 24!

Woo hoo! Bob WILL be on the DVD!

oh, and before you say it, scottidog, yes I know, nested quotes are annoying.

Well at least one concert reviewer mentioned that Al was video taping the show.

The concert I atteneded in Verona, NY was videotaped. However, there were no visable cameramen on or around the stage. I doubt there will be any chance of footage from my concert at least.

Well, US might be different then AUS, since the Aussie version will be rush released, so take that as a good side.

Keep in mind Poodle Hat was rush-released, and look how that turned out. (PERFECT, for you people who are all smart-allecy and stuff)
