I'm sure that there are others with your interests here. I mean, you're interested in Al, and so are all of us. There's a start!

It's not selfish at all. I mean, that's why I've been lurking here for the longest time and why I finally joined: I just wanted to have some positive interactions with like-minded people... people who loved Al, too, and would fanboy / fangirl with excitement over him and what he does. I don't really know any Al fans outside of here.

Likes cartoons? Check. I like anything if it's good.

Goes on Tumblr? Check. Sometimes there are funny GIFs and whatnot on there.

Hates himself? Check. You shouldn't hate yourself, though.

Likes the other stuff you mentioned? Haven't seen any of it, and there's too much I'm behind on, anyway.

Loves Al? Check. It's why I'm here.

Anyway, I think you get the point already, so that's all I'll say. Don't hate yourself. You're a good person, even if you don't think so.

I've never met a single person with exactly all the same interests as me. What I did find are many different places and people to share parts of my interests with. I love the Mass Effect and Dragon Age games so I became a member of the forums associated with those and shared my excitement with a lot of people there. I play Final Fantasy XIV online and share that with a different group of friends in the game. I recently started playing the Kim Kardashian Hollywood game which I'm really enjoying and I became a member of their official forums as well to share my excitement about that there. I've been a huge fan of various different tv shows and series and found fan groups of each of those to share that with. I was a huge fan of a Japanese musician named Gackt, found a fan forum full of people to share that with, too. I play Pokemon Go with a friend irl here. And board games with her and a group, too. And when I want to talk and enthuse about Al, I come here.

I've never met a single person who shares exactly all my interests. But that's okay. Because I have met many people who share some, and that's more than enough.

I can't imagine anyone sharing a single interest with anyone else here, especially not any one particular musical artist liked well enough to have an entire forum based around that one artist for about 15 years long after the concept of a forum has been supersceded by different forms of social media.

I love this entertainer. He's a bit odd to some. He is this funny guy with long, curly hair and an accordion. You all probably haven't heard of him, anyway.

I usually don't expect people to have the same interests as me. So people here are all great - I know we share 1+ common interest(s).
Well, my interests include cartoons(especially PnF and We Bare Bears) and games.(I love Undertale)

Looking at the name Gackt reminds me of one post I did not make earlier in this topic. At one time I was quietly thinking over Weird Al body pillow cover possibilities(well I did post this part), then I did a search for existing cases. I came across Gackt body pillow cover that was a bonus item for his CD and I was impressed.

Because of course there is. I really haven't kept up with his stuff in years but I'm totally not surprised.

I doubt we'll ever see one of Al though, it seems totally not his style. Then again, you never know.

beep boop hey guys it's me again!
I've been absent for a while because college started and things are a little chaotic (well...a lot chaotic) but I should be on a bit more often now, hopefully!
As for the whole common interests thing, I like so many things that it would be a little creepy if somebody shared ALL my interests, but I've come pretty close to that with the friends I've made on here x) Anyway Webkinz, I'm sure you'll find the people you want! You just have to be a little patient
And I think it's great how on Yankochick Central, we can participate in all modes of fangirling and fanboying - the lighthearted and the serious, and everything else. It's all good. If you want to fangirl in a certain way, you go right ahead, and others of us will express our love for Al in our own ways too! There's room here for all of it!
