Well, I'd like to think that you could pull out a win no matter who the teammate is or how well you know them. Now maybe being on Team Groovy itself is the unenviable position.
They lost many in a row. How many did you lose in a row, Nathan?

That's true, and we're lucky to have you. But you're breaking all of the WOWAY Apprentice records with four losses in a row. Wow, that’s a lot. Okay, hopefully you turned things around this time.

Nathan, how did you like working with Vikte? Was she a good teammate?
The girls always had a lot of very nice things to say about her. How does she rank compared to your former teammates?

Well, between timezones, her leaving for the weekend and my horrible internal clock, admittedly we didn't get to chat very often. However, I think the task itself was a bit... Hard??? For her?? I've been to many conventions so I know how they're generally run. She seemed to be a little confused about some aspects and didn't bring a lot to the table for ideas like the budget and booking proposal. However, I was really stubborn on the schedule thing, despite how beautiful and perfect mine was before it had to be condensed.

Hmm. Nathan, how was Vikte as a Project Manager? You know I always say that a strong Project Manager can get very far even if they're not an expert on the task at hand, as long as they know how to delegate the work. Did she have those good managerial business instincts to let you, a master convention-goer, do the majority of the planning?
Do you think you won?

I felt she could be better, but maybe it was just the subject of the task. I was definately hoping for more from her Like I mentioned, we didn't get to chat often. That didn't really feel like "Hey, Nate, take the wheel! I know you can do this!" More so timezones and my dumb health being in the way.

I would say we got some competition, but we'll see

Wow, Vikte. What do you think of all that? Pretty harsh.
What do you think Vikte? How was Nathan as a teammate?

I cannot say it's completely uncalled for, but I feel I did my best given the situation. I was completely unqualified for this particular task. I've never been in a single convention and had no idea how they go. This was so much different than my experience as a PM on a fanart project, where I felt in my element, knew what result I wanted and got it. This time I had to rely on Nathan's know-how.

Nathan's experience with events like these was a great asset.

Very interesting, okay. If you lose this, Nathan… you have had a series of major losses even though you’re a very competent guy to put it mildly. If you lose this, shouldn’t I fire you?

I mean how many second chances should you get? You’ve been very lucky so far. All these losses and yet you made it all the way to the Final Four.

Well, with all these losses and I'm still here, its definitely not my fault, huh? It's not me "getting second chances", it's weeding out the inferior guys and leaving the hard workers!
Previously, I think my team just had a... Lack of motivation as the game drew on. This time, we just didn't mesh as good as we should have.
