What is the context of this picture? The other guy looks like he's photoshopped in, but Al looks legit

He was in the last part of the first episode and the first part of the second episode on Hotwives of Los Vegas (which you can watch for free on hulu) and that post was a screen shot from the scene in the second episode he was in. Oh, and the context of this picture is that the two other people in the bed just got married and Al was a puppeteer guy who got married to the puppet he's holding and...it makes more sense if you watch it
