I've never even heard of that. Now, I don't watch kids shows very often, but if Al were going to do a song about a kids show, it would HAVE to be something completely ubiquitous like Sponge Bob. I doubt it. Handy Manny first premiered in 2006 (I was 5, that's how I remember), so if he was gonna do a song about it, he probably would've done it on Alpocalypse.
