The title sounds like it could be part of the phrase "I saw it with my own eyes", whatever that means...

I had thought of this too. While "My Own Eyes" might be the best guess for a love song based on what we've got to work with so far, it does come from the phrase Jon said. "See it with my own eyes." It could be someone telling tall tales about having dinner with Bigfoot and the dinner was a fish they caught together that was literally a mile long. It could kinda be a "I swear! The fish was THIS big" kind of thing. Maybe seeing big foot, loch-ness monster, or chupacabra (with "my own eyes") or something?

But...This song looks like the only one that could possibly be a love song. It wouldn't be a deal breaker by any means, but it would feel really weird without a love song. "In 3-D" is the only album without one so far.
