the Flaming Lips also formed in the 80's, and the peak of their popularity was in the 2000's, and can also be considered a 90's band.

I'm crossing my fingers that it's Them Flaming Lips. They are one of my favorites of all time and I would love to hear Al do a rendition of their music. Just imagine..."Weird Al" Yankovic performing a Flaming Lips homage...LIVE! with all the confetti and the gigantic balloons and the oversized hands and the big ball that Al could surf the crowd in. I'd tear up with joy.

Someone commented on Facebook that it basically translates into "I'm not wearing underpants", which made me bust out laughing even harder than I was xD
