CNR appears!

I hope this is OK, and non-spammy enough, for a first post, but I was trawling the Internet and I wanted to share: As someone for whom finding "real-life" connections to Al songs is a day-making experience, I got really excited when I found this post for the Match Game game, which mentions one "Charles Nelson Rilley" as panelist.

I still hear original versions of polka or parody songs all the time and think, "oh, so THAT'S how it really goes," but it was a different version of the experience to have it happen on a board game. Just thought I'd share!

(Belatedly:) Wait, CNR was the Dirty Bubble?? Really?? His legend continues to grow.

It's sad that Mermaid Man and the Dirty Bubble's voice actors have both died... at least we still have Tim Conway and whoever voices Man Ray.

Also, make that multiple appearances. He apparently has only spoken once since CNR's death in 2007, and Tom Kenny voiced him that time.
