You are missing the larger point though. Sure, everyone got their shots in (myself certainly included) because of the mistake. The real point is... don't make things up!! We read your reviews for their presumed accuracy. If you are making things up, no one wants to read them! It doesn't matter if you go to the shows if you are just going to make up bits of trivia. Just stick to what you actually truly remember and all will be forgotten. No one will hold it against you if you didn't remember the name of the coffee shop, believe me.
