More to come... you guys should know by now not to judge anything on the first impression!
Out of all people, I know you pay careful attention to file size and potential problems that visitors may have when visiting your site, so I'm sure the decision to use flash was what you felt was the best choice for all your visitors.

I just don't like flash, 20K or not. That's all.

Dave

I hear ya... I learned Flash 2 years ago, and this is the first time I've made a decision to use it!

If just going to weirdal.com doesn't get you to the splash page, try this:

What makes you think the album has been finished? I certainly haven't said anything to that effect.

In case anyone thinks I'm being deliberately semantic, I'll put it this way: we have not finished the album. We haven't even resumed recording since completing the originals last year!

But I will update weirdal.com when there's news.

QUOTE I still think, IMO (which is usually wrong), that May 20 is the release and maybe bermudas playin around with us(just a thought cause he never said the album wont be may 20 either, but thats just my opinion)

I only replied that there was no news on Al's site because we hadn't gone in to finish the album. Everyone's jumping to conclusions here! It would require a ridiculous amount of work to start & finish a bunch of parodies from scratch, and get CDs manufactured and in the public's hands in two months!! (today being March 20th...)

You guys must have a LOT of faith in us!

As for what happens on the 20th, I'll say more when the boss says I can. I'm not completely sure that anything is happening... Al probably just wanted to see if I could do a little Flash for the site!

QUOTE

1. Can you please ask Al if you could tell us whats hapening on May 20th or at least give us a hint?

2. How long does it take to record a song after the song is Written.

p.s. sorry to take up your time and i dont want this to turn into another ask Bermuda

Hints and info will be posted at the appropriate times, no need to ask him further.

A song can take 7-10 days from start to finish. Assuming that nobody takes any days off, 5 songs would take 5 weeks. That doesn't include the manufacturing process.

No, I don't want this to be Ask Bermuda again. As I had intended to do before, I'm going to bow out for a while, and let the fans get their info on www.weirdal.com

It says on sale May 20th. It doesn't say what will be on sale...

In the pic I see Al (of course,) Suzanne (I think,) the back of some bald guy's head (Mongo?) and Joel Miller. Is it the Album? I'm not getting my hopes up. Whatever it is, if it's on sale on May 20th and I can get my grubby little hands on it, I will certainly buy at least one of whatever it is...

Al in a suit and tie... Thank heaven he didn't stick with Architecture. It doesn't "suit" him at all.

Woo Hoo!!

Would he really play with your head that way?

That Al... what a wacky guy!
