A reputable source tells me it was in fact played.
Here's hoping a video surfaces.

If I was a betting man, I'd place it on right before Saga Begins. That seems to be the only time in the show where they feel like improvising a little. The only other possibility is the spot between CNR and CI.

Since they apparently played Sweet Home Alabama right before The Saga Begins last time they improvised a song, my bet is that it was there.
In fact, I'd say most times when they change things up like that, it will happen right before the real encore. So, if we were talking about the Straight Outta Lynwood set, it'd be played right before Albuquerque. (And they probably wouldn't have done "Cellphones" to save time)

Now that I've done more thinking about it, though, the performance of the song requires the accordion. So, I could also see a possible slot being in the opening set of the concert. Either after Franks or TMZ, depending on whether Franks or You Make Me was performed here.
Yeah, Sweet Home Alabama was performed at the two Alabama shows, Mobile and Montgomery, before Saga Begins.
