As far as I've noticed, "every time" is "twice." Maybe it's because the fan at the water park actually did sound that way and he's the one who stuck in Al's head as the perfect example of the Off The Deep End fan. I took Marshall to one show 11 years ago. We did not get to meet Al. I don't know where you can see it, but the video is animated (pretty nicely, BTW) Al is narrating his craziest-fan encounter, about 15 yrs ago in a water park. This guy starts pleading with Al to make his two small (non-singer, non-actor) kids famous, and just won't listen to why Al can't do that, and pesters him all through the park, until finally Al gives up, makes a literal run for it, and the guy chases him through the park.
