Wow nice find. I especially like the rehearsal pictures. Awesome video, whoever filmed it! The backup dancers look pretty good. And I liked that the film crew was shooting the rehearsal too. I wonder what this DVD will be like...

I would think that the film crew shooting the rehearsal was the main reason for DOING the rehearsal. You know, to make sure all their camera angles etc. work well. Film crew and dancers needed rehearsal; Al and the band already knew exactly what to do.

The male of female cheerleaders? The male ones were horrendous, and it grossed me out so I didn't watch them. Plus there was plenty of stuff going on with the band on stage, they were definitely doing all the parts, Jim was rocking the syth and Bermuda was pounding the drum hard...wasn't sure if they'd be performing the musical part of it or not but they were and it was quite awesome.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

Wow, that's a sexist view, Yankomaniac. They weren't that bad. I liked the review, the pics and the rehearsal video. Hats off to a gal who got to do something I will never get to do: be a SLN cheerleader.

Haha, what in the? How is that sexist? Until you've seen the dancers live with the performance, how could you even comment on how it looks? From a one-minute rehearsal video?
They were OK. Definitely wouldn't want them there for every show, because, honestly, they were sort of gross, but it was nice that they had them for the taping.

He said he was grossed out by male dancers. How is that NOT sexist?

Whatever. I guess I'm sexist too then. Who cares. Should we be turned on by them? Don't get it.

What?? No, they just add a fun vibe to the performance. I liked the ones I saw in the video, so why not have dancers for the live performance? Looking forward to seeing the live performance with the dancers on Comedy Central and the dvd.
