I'm betting one of the top, if not #1 will be the beginning of the episode when Rudolph Guiliani hosted. It was cool because it wasn't until after that show that other comedy shows came back on the air. It's like they were waiting for permission from SNL to be funny again. But is the show "FUNNIEST" or "GREATEST" SNL Moments?

Personally, I think Mad TV is much funnier than SNL, even though the last couple seasons have been pretty weak.

Oh my yes, how could I forget?

David Letterman came back on the air after 9/11 -- 2 weeks before SNL did. I still have that on tape somewhere -- high quality TV for sure. Leno and Jon Stewart (The Daily Show) were back on the air before SNL too.

Of course, the SNL moment most relevant to Al was Nirvana's performance of Smells Like Teen Spirit.
This means something. This is important.

Well folks, ya got me as to what's going on. This smells very much like a last-minute pulling, because even the satellite and digital cable guides would have been updated if a change was made even the day before.

Oh well. Keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow night at 10, then.

Yeah, I was rather disappointed that the Shocking Moments show aired instead. I don't know, I think they'll just run with Shocking Moments all week, since they did advertise what's coming up. Grrr! The Vh-1 chimps DID move over to E!, just like Bobbi said!

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Actually, it's Dubya (no "H" needed).

Will Ferrell does one of the best impersonations of him I've ever seen. In fact, that's the only reason I'll watch SNL: to see the political skits.

Well the chimps at VH1 and E! are off the hook this time. Direct your displeasure to the simians at NBC instead.

This explains why the SNL show never aired. Who knows if or when we will ever see it.

Thanks for the update, Dave.

Those corporate execs just don't want us to see Al... ugh... <_<
