It's nice to see some of the lesser known songs. Mellow When I'm Dead was a song I didn't get when I first heard it (then again, I was about 10 or 11, so it's meaning was completely lost on me at the time). The Check's In the Mail was a classic, and for a while I used it for my answering machine message (really irritated my parents when they'd call). I'm really sad that Mr. Frump didn't make the list.

You are, pre-orderes just got there bonus content (which is still available if you order in the next week or two). I also sent out a digital copy of the record to people who pre-pre-ordered on KickStarter last year, just one of the benefits of paying a little extra to help this project. It'll be officially released whenever we get the copies, just keep checking the website.

No, but it has the NBW version of "Birdfucker" in its entirety, sped up to 8 seconds and backwards.
