Re: 5/24/11 Verona, NY Turning Stone Resort & Casino
Well, staying at the casino payed off REALLY well in this case. It was my grandparents anniversary too so I put them up in a room and gave them some casino money, and my grandfather got to shake Al's hand, I probably thought that was waaay cooler than my grandfather did, but he did watch the TWS DVD with me at Christmas and enjoyed it thoroughly so he must have thought that meeting him was neat.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

I guess I have lurked too long and posted too infrequently because I had to re-register under a new version of my name tonight to view your awesome picture with Al.Elvis wrote:Thanks all. BTW, the balloons were from Alison, who still lurks here but doesn't post much. The orange and blue one you can't read says "WAY to go" (Get it? WAY!)
Dave
BTW it was great seeing you both!

Hey, great review Yankomaniac. Glad you had a great time, especially considering how close you came to not going at all!

Yeah that would have sucked more than any words could say, I don't know if we'll ever have such good seats again either, those were prime.

That reveiw was miraculous Dave! Gonna print it off and keep it, covered the show in such awesome detail. Did they do Im In Luv With Da Skipper during the medley?
