That ankle belongs to Vicki Brown, who last time I talked to her was living in Ontario. The Al signature is from the the Permanent Record: Al In The Box booklet, but the others are authentic. She got Bermuda's at ALCON 98, hence the little "ALCON 98" next to his name, and Steve's and Jim's on Touring With Scissors.

Nice to see it again!

It obviously isn't Weird Al.

It even says it's God.
