Setlist was almost identical to the 2010 one, but no I'm in Luv Wit Da Skipper. The seats we go were absolutely fantastic - enough to make me seriously annoyed at the very strict "no cameras" policy. But, what are ya gonna do? The mixing wasn't great though - for at least the first half the lyrics weren't very intelligible over the drums. It got better though. YP had Charlie Sheen's "Winning" shirt which got a huge laugh. And there were stormtroopers for TSB who seemed to get into it and have a good time.
After the show there was a line, seriously, hundreds of people long waiting for autographs, so we were all very pleased when he stayed to sign for (I assume) all of them, even though security were getting a bit antsy about it. I sat nearly at the back of the line thinking of all these cool things to say to him, but when I finally got to the table all I did was politely introduce myself. Damn.
I felt kind of bad asking for two signatures instead of one, too, but I kind of got swept up in the moment, you know?Anyway, it may not have gone perfectly to plan but I can say I've met one of my heroes now, so that's something!
