Let's see... The tour starts (as of now) in March and looks like it's going to go through September. So if he writes and records the originals between now and the start of the tour (hey, it could happen) Then spends some time with his girls after the tour, he could get revved up and finish up the Parodies in early 2005. So we could have an album in our hot little hands next summer. Just in time to tour again...

Well, I wouldn't count on that scenario too much, unless he wants to make up for the lost sales of PH (thanks again, Candy Boy!). However, I'd expect he'd take 2005 off to spend time with Suzanne and Nina. 2006 would probably be the earliest we'd see a new ALbum (not including cheesy compilations).

Who knows? Only our weird boy from Lynwood does for sure.

Lost sales due to no CP video.

Candy Boy is another name for our favorite rapper in the world, Marshall Bruce Mathers III, AKA Eminem, AKA Slim Shady.... you get the idea.

Has it been confirmed that He has lost sales? I thought the album was selling just fine without it.

Well, yeah. I actually would hope he does for their sakes. But it's not impossible for it to get to us in 2005. He might actually want to get touring done for a while before Princess Yankovic goes to school.

I'm thinking these posts should be merged with one of the album 12 speculation topics...

I don't watch MTV or TRL so In my world that wouldn't effect sales. I don't know of any of my friends that watch it either. I just don't think AL's lost that much. He's done a ton of promotion on this album in place of the video, and the awards shows, and guest spots on TV help out too.

True, but that video would've been nice (I think it would've been great). I still think it would get more people to buy the ALbum.

I think MTV would've also considered giving him "Best Male Performance" had he done the video. Eminem didn't release anything in 2003, so one of their favorites wouldn't take up a space. Anyway, he won one for Eat It.

Yes, MTV loves Candy Boy. They played The Real Slim Shady non-stop in 2000.
