For reasons I don't care to disclose, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! was on my TV one day and this appeared.
I'm almost positive that is an Al reference at 18 seconds. What else could it be?

OH yeah I saw that when it originally aired, I think(?) a long time ago, and I was like... "WOW!"

There's an Al reference twice in the entire episode:
In the first Sing a Song, and in the next episode where Wubbzy got a new look (one of his looks was Weird Al!)
