Al's jokes normally have some wit and comedic influence to them, though.weird one wrote:al is better but al has the same weird sense of humor likethe episode where meg is in a coma peter says lois im sorry for snappin at you earlier she is in there taking a nap underwater

Al's comedy isn't based entirely off of "DURR HURR RANDOM IS TEH FUNNY LOL".weird one wrote:ok i agree but you have to think family guy really has random weirdness and so does WEIRD AL
In fact, there's very little to none of that "random weirdness" in any of Al's songs.

Sure Al may be too good for Family Guy, but he's not too good for getting a nice paycheck (For a role he gets to keep his clothes on for anyway....then again, it's voiceover, so who knows...). If Seth called, Al would listen.
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

Family Guy sucks.
That's not exactly what Family Guy humor is based off. It's based more on using pop culture references (references, not JOKES about those things) to get a laugh based on an audience's ability to recognize something popular. It's the exact same thing Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer do. Also, the "jokes" (if you can even call them that) are interchangeable and have nothing to do with what's going on in the show.Mystik Tomato wrote:Al's comedy isn't based entirely off of "DURR HURR RANDOM IS TEH FUNNY LOL".weird one wrote:ok i agree but you have to think family guy really has random weirdness and so does WEIRD AL

This post reminds me of the time I boarded a spaceship with the lead singer of the Cranberries!weirdojace wrote:That's not exactly what Family Guy humor is based off.
