Polka Face!
So, Al premiered the new polka on his first 2010 tour date in Rehoboth tonight. All we know so far is that it contains "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga and "Baby" by Justin Bieber.
Can anyone who attended the show offer any more info?

Would love to know more info on this. Also - did he specifically say it would be called Polkaface or was that just your own joke, Minnick?

Re: New Polka 2010
It better NOT be called Polka Face. Every lame-o on the Internet(including some of us) suggested that. I can't imagine Al actually calling it that. It might not even have a name if it is not one he will officially use for the album...

Re: New Polka 2010
What I'm curious about is whether or not Al actually sang "polkaface" instead of "pokerface."

Yes there is. Apparently. It's Poll-Car to them. It's like the whole squirrel/squerl thing.Grom wrote:There's no phonetic difference...

Re: New Polka 2010
Uh, poker and polka are different phonetically here in 'Merica...polka does not end in a "r" sound. Poker does.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

There you go again, speaking a language that's very similar to English, what with your post-vocalic Rs and your skateboards and your hip-hop.

Being upside-down, all the blood rushes to our head and thus we're smarter.
