Did I mention I hate Artist Arena?

Just got a phone call. They screwed up my OC Fair order. They sold me tickets that don't exist. So I had a choice of sitting in the same seats for Saturday¹ or them finding me "comparable" seats for the Friday show "that will be no worse than the ones I have."². No worse, but they couldn't tell me where.

Eek, I had this exact same thing happen. Didn't realize that this happened to others as well. Not cool.

Okay, so I bought a singleton ticket for 8/13 through Artist Arena which, naturally, I have not seen. I later bought better seats, much more expensively, from a ticket broker, and I have those in hand, ready to go. But I do want to get hold of the singleton ticket so I can give it to somebody else. Who do I contact and is there any chance of getting it sooner than one week before the show?

I would guess you're in the same boat with all of us who got tickets through Artist Arena. Presumably all of these tickets are going to come at some point, and then you'll get it. If you check out the Artist Arena website though, there's definitely an email or form somewhere because I had a shipping question and they got back to me rather quickly.
