Nah, he made it sound like he was about to start writing a new script.

Plus, on the Weird Al Show commentary, during that very "Whack A Mole" scene, Al says something along the lines of "this is recycled from my unproduced screenplay Rabid Puppy, which hopefully will never see the light of day..."
