Al In Halloween 2

Post by FredHuggins »

EXHIBIT A: On Sunday, March 22, Al wrote the following Twitter: "On a plane to Atlanta with @nerdist today... wheee!" Nerdist, incidentally, is fellow comedy musician Chris Hardwick, of "Hard & Phirm" fame. Here's a picture:

http://twitpic.com/2cwv2

EXHIBIT B: On Monday, March 23, the following pictures were taken, and posted to Twitpic:

http://twitpic.com/2e1ze
http://twitpic.com/2dypb

Al on SOME sort of set, with Rob Zombie, Malcolm McDowell, and in one of the pics, Chris Hardwick.

EXHIBIT C: According to imdb, "H2: Halloween 2," set to come out on August 29 of this year, is CURRENTLY FILMING IN ATLANTA, is DIRECTED by Rob Zombie and STARS Malcolm McDowell AND Chris Hardwick!!!

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1311067

So, what does this all mean? At the VERY LEAST, Al visited the set. But why? Why fly all the way to Atlanta just to visit some movie set? It's possible that Al and Chris had other business down there, and since Chris was in the movie anyway he brought Al along as a guest...

But who knows? Is it possible Rob gave Al a cameo in Halloween 2? Could it be that this August, fans nationwide might be able to see Al on the local multiplex big screen for the first time since freakin' Spy Hard?!

EXHIBIT Q: A scale model of the ENTIRE MALL! X marks the scene of the crime! These arrows here show the exact position of the sun in the hour OF the crime! Jupiter was aligned with Pluto! The moon was...
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn...that's alright because I like the way it hurts...

Interesting. I didn't notice Chris Hardwick was also in the movie.

On Chris's site:

A Photo From the Set of Halloween 2…

by Chris Hardwick on March 23, 2009

Your eyes are not tricking your brain! I’m willing to bet you would never expect to see all of these faces in the same picture. Weird Al? Got ‘em. Rob Zombie? Affirmative. Macolm McDowell? Check. Me? I don’t know how, but YES. I’m not allowed to tell you exactly WHAT we were shooting, but I can tell you it was one of most fun work experiences I’ve ever had.

And there's a bigger version of that photo.

They look to be the same size to me.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

OK, based on the above evidence as well as the way Nerdist words "what we were shooting" I think it's safe to say Al has a cameo in Halloween 2.
I couldn't tell a dirt clod from a plate of caviar.

No, this is 800x600 and has the original properties (it was taken with an iPhone, by the way). The one on Twitpic is 640x480. That's why I said slightly bigger.

Oh, I didn't use the word "slightly" here. My bad :P

Oooh, if you click on that photo from his site, it does get bigger. *smacks forehead*

Carry on.

*It didn't for me at first*

I found I actually had to double click. That might be just me, though.
