So, I'm guessing that based off of Al's blog today, we can count on at least about three or four new original songs coming out this Summer, and hopefully a video or two?

Im not sure I like the idea of these songs coming out before the album. Yes I want new Al, but part of the fun is getting the album and listening to it. And for the songs to be old when the album does come out. But I will download them when they are available, because you cant go spoiler free here!

I agree with you on that one.

Part of the fun of every new album has always been first finding out it was even being recorded, waiting for the next year, finding out WHEN it was coming out, and then hearing all the songs at once.
I do enjoy getting my fix of Al like this, but it takes some of the fun out of how it used to be...

I'm excited for these new songs! I was just beginning to loose hope in Al (seeing as it's been 5 months since a new song) I just hope these are really good originals, seeing as Whatever You Like was a tad disappointing (to me at least.)

Lose hope in Al?!?!? :o

How could one EVER lose hope in Al?!??

Lol... :P
I have never liked the parodies he writes even nearly as much as I've loved his original songs, so I'm sure that he won't disappoint us with these.

"Whatever You Like" was AWESOME! How dare you!

That's the coolest song available on iTunes, competing closely with "It's Just Like A Mini Mall"!

People have a right to like or dislike any song they want.

We're not playing this game again.
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

I don't think I'm crazy about having the album dribbled out bit by bit. Makes it a bit anti-climactic. But it may be how things need to be done these days.
