Maybe I'll do that for my sisters birthday present this year. Sounds really cool and easy!

 Same here. Wrapping paper never survives after I'm through with it. I would actually have to take my time unwrapping stuff with Al wrapping paper.

Also, you could probably take your print out, disc, album cover, etc into a Kinkos or Copymat type copying shack & have them make you huge blow-ups. If you're going with color on this, expect to pay more for it than you paid for the gift. BUT... there's the large scale black & white copier. It will make medium quality copies up to 24 or 36 inches by whatever length. I've used it for a few productions & it's come out great, and most importantly, CHEAP! Keep an eye on it though. Those things break down a lot & cause odd striping, etc. If that happens, tell them you don't really like it, but you still need it & they ought to give it to at a discount, if not free.

Consider busting out some watercolors to enhance the B/W copy, if it's a little too bland. If it's a small gift that can be wrapped on standard size paper, remember that they have a myriad of colored paper to choose from.

Be prepared to get turned down. Some places will not copy album booklets. This is more likely to be with their color copiers, but in their "official rules" they're not allowed to make duplicates of any copyrighted images without the copyright owner being present.

Good luck!

Maybe this is something that could be made and sold at the Star Fund site.

Yea that would be cool if there was a way they could make some and sell it at the Weird Al Star fund especially if we could get some creative minds going and it seems like it is going to be pretty easy to make. I just have to get the different colored copy paper and try it out. But I hope they will think about making some to sell.

If anyone knows of a vendor that does such a thing, we'll consider it.

Would CafePress consider it?

It's not something they offer. But if you check back sometime around the first of the year there will be some new and exciting merchandise...
