ok.... i am in Newfoundland, and i dont know anything about them. is there an online store? but first.... WHAT ARE THEY? i have no idea! some1 want to post a pic and a discription?

They are casual, slip-on shoes. There's a pic of Al wearing them on the homepage of weirdal.com, as well as in the pic underneath the PH cd. And if you're lucky enough to own Al's READ poster, you can get an even better view of his Vans. And yes, there is an online store! Click here

No. Al did have some sparkly ones back in the '80's, but my guess is that those were custom made. He wears the "normal" ones now. Like I said, I own the blue ones, which aren't on the site now. :( But the brighter colored ones are:

Well, if you had a US friend, you could have them shipped there and then shipped to you by said friend.
