It was a 3D annimation of the cast of Ocean's 11 saying that they needed more than just 11 for this job. So they start randomly naming off celebrities to make a distraction so that the other half can sneak in the back. Al is one of the celebs listed to start a bar fight so that the rest can get in unawares!

it was on photobucket, and the only one with Al looking directly at the camera and looking younger, was a high school picture of Al, once it was done, I didn't watch it too many times to realize it looks nothing like Al
