Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

I agree with the people who want to see how a ALbum is made or video. Like they can fade in with Al sitting at his desk at home writing in his binder. Then have flashbacks of Al and his people calling the artist for permission. Then Al and the band trying to get it done it time. Each week they vote off a band member and, and, and well you get the point. That would be sooooooooo cool.

After all the crap I've eaten this Thanksgiving weekend, I started thinking it would be nice to have an Al workout video. It wouldn't neccessarily have to be Al doing the workout. It could be someone else, but set to Al's music. Kind of like "Sweatin' to the Oldies," but "Sweatin' to the Polkas" or something.

How about the dancers from the Pentiums video in a workout video set to Al's music? I can dream, can't I?

Here's something I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned yet (in this thread, anyway):

A DVD of Al's "Behind the Music," including as special features the little segment from their "Updates and Fresh Takes" special and the uncut raw footage of the interviews with Al, Jon, Steve, Jim, and Dr D.

Uncut raw interview footage? Yes, please.

And for bonus material? A sneak peek at The Notebook.

What was that guy's name on TWAS? Tony Spimoni or something like that? STREEEEETCH it out.

A DVD of Al's "Behind the Music,"

I wouldn't mind that either. For a while VH1 was putting out those on video. I was surprised Al's never made it out on video, considering they kept saying it was something like their #5 most popular BTM special.

TWAS wouldn't be my first choice for a DVD. I'd like to see the old uncut AL TV and Al Music specials on DVD personally. The chances of that are non-existant of course, because it would be a nightmare to get clearance for all the videos, and without the videos, it just wouldn't be the same. For bonus material, I'd like to see a "best of" miscellaneous TV appearances.

If your going to have Behind the Music why not Driven and then you could have the Timeline. That would be nice to have them all on the same dvd. We could called All About Al DVD. :)

Yeah well...your suggestion never uh...worked out

I'll go sit in the corner now.....

(Driven should definitly go out on DVD. Apparantly, VH1 only ran it a couple times, so only lucky Al fans like myself got to see this well put together piece of Al history. Very impressive show)

I can totally see him doing a bonus DVD with the next album. About 45 minutes with the Making of ALbum 12.

And if there was a Pentium Girls workout DVD...
