Wow, you guys would complain about anything.
As much as I love Al, I think it's a bit obsessive EXPECTING a banner.

I also noticed that Al's song wasn't mentioned in the weekly music podcast for iTunes.

We're obsessive? Look who's talking, Stephen. This was an itunes exclusive, man. There should have been a banner, or at least more attention drawn to this than there was. itunes dropped the ball.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Yes, it was very cool of Al to do this, but you sound like an itunes rep, defending a company that made a mistake, and didn't even apologize, or explain about the glitch. Maybe you do like itunes, and that's great, but Al deserved a little more publicity.

And you sound like Al's manager.
I think we're even.

Until Al complains, I think people need to lighten up. That's my point.

I don't think I'm sounding like Al's manager at all. Al did all he could to publicize the single. Jay Levey couldn't expect him to do more.

Really? Cause I don't hear Jay Levey complaining...
I think Patti sounds like a concerned fan, wishing the song was hyped up a little more.

I think Al probably learned a few lessons with this release. I doubt he is too upset about the way it was handled, but I wouldn't be surprised if things were a bit different next time around either.
