 Hey, that "couple" was my friend and I and we were just talkin' ;) And it was 3 photos not a billion. And yes, he's a very patient, laid back sweet guy. We are thrilled to pieces we had the chance to talk with him. His music background and experience is phenomenal - it's rare to get to talk to someone so fascinating :)
I'm not comfortable in my comfort zone - it's poorly named.

Whoops, knew my opinion was going to get me in trouble. I wasn't trying to be mean, I did think it was awesome that you knew about his solo career and weren't all "When's Al going to be out? Could you tell Al we love him?" like certain members of my party wanted to do *kicks them*.

I was oblivious to the other fans because our conversation with Steve - to be honest I had no idea why people weren't "OMG! IT'S STEVE" when he walked out but, hey, we had more time to talk to him :) After awhile though when people may have given up on seeing Al they started talking to Steve - like yep, he's a cool guy too. Maybe someday later on they'll appreciate how wonderful it is to meet someone like that. And there's 5 members of the band after all, not 1 8) (but maybe not everyone 'gets' that)

and the "couple" thing really made me laugh, like whoah! - he's the boyfriend of one of my good friends! She'd be "hey, he's MINE!" :P

Like I said, we'd met him twice the previous night, so we'd figured we'd leave him be. :P But yes, we very much knew who he was!

Sorry about the couple thing... I kinda assumed.

A Mrs. White-Nerdy REALLY liked the show at the Winspear. :)
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Well, thank goodness for Mr. White-Nerdy, then! Cute review!
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!
