I should probably point out in Charo's defense that while she may be a cheesy actress, she plays classical Spanish guitar beautifully.

Yes, but that's because you would know what you missed. Hard as it is to believe, I didn't. When Al was first getting played on MTV, I was listening to the classical radio station, didn't have cable, and was more or less ignoring most of popular music. So I knew he did comedy music, but I really didn't have a clue to how great he is. When I saw him for the first time two years later at the same fair, that's what pitched me headfirst into diehard fandom.

Seeing as The Medley is only parodies, him doing those there don't seem very likely. Maybe as a possible encore in a future tour he can change some of the lyrics around in DDTS to make it Don't Bootleg This Song.

Got part of the VIP package in the mail today. It included two incredible looking lithographs hand signed by Al. Big ones, like poster size almost! It's the shot from the back cover of SOL.

The package only included one "VIP Commemorative Laminate". I'm wonder ing if that's a mistake, or if they're intentionally only putting one laminate per package?

If it is the same pass I got it has a pub extreme close-up of al's face in a purpleish tint with the CPofA logo and the SOL tour logo at the bottom. The back is blank

Does anyone know of any radio station or other media who are giving away tickets to the concert in St Charles Mo Aug 8? I have tickets but would like better ones.
